Puget Sound Tugboat Tolers is a chapter of The Society of Decorative Painters (aka SDP). 

To be a member of this chapter, you must first be a member of the SDP.  As a member

of the Tugboat Tolers you receive a monthly newsletter and the opportunity to take classes

from a variety of teachers. We also do promotional work at the Kitsap County Fair as well as

Community Service Projects every year.
